This is Good: A place to share things we think are GOOD this week.

Art Car Boot Fair, Brick Lane Car Park, Sunday 8th June

UB's favourite artistic twosome KeelerTornero will be showing their work at the Art Car Boot Fair this Sunday alongside work by Sir Peter Blake and Bob & Roberta Smith. Head down early and find yourself a bargain.

"The Art Car Boot Fair is an original idea by Karen Ashton and has been developed by Karen and her sister Helen Hayward. The aim is for the Art Car Boot Fair to be a day when the artists let their hair down and for all-comers to engage with art in a totally informal way, and to pick up some real art bargains to boot!"

Change... for a tenner!, LIFT festival, 10th-26th June, London

Seems like change is in the air this summer, with Change... for a tenner! at the heart of the conversation:

"Sexy ideas are ten a penny. Change comes at a higher price. If making the world a better place was just about people having good ideas we’d be in paradise by now. Change for a Tenner is a celebration of the messy, awkward and beautiful art of social change in 2014. It’s a search for tactics, approaches and devices to bring people together to find small change, big change and change we want."

"Supernormal is a festival like no other, providing a powerful antidote to the current malaise of festivals-as-big-business. Blurring the boundaries between art and music, performer and audience, it champions the iconoclastic and the experimental, allowing risks to be taken and leaps of imagination to occur. Somewhere in spirit between the original Glastonbury Fayre and an eccentric village fete, Supernormal is the alternative's alternative."
