Matilda and Me, by Ria Hartley (touring between 21st April - 30th May)

The latest show from UB collaborator Ria Hartley is about her relationship with her grandmother Matilda. Exploring themes of migration, family and cultural identity, the multimedia performance will be touring all this week, beginning today at The Bike Shed Theatre, Exeter and finishing up at the Albany, London in May.

New Cross and Deptford Free Film Festival, Friday 25th April

The week-long film festival is back and, with more screens than ever, should be a particularly good one. The festival, now in its third year, is planned and run by local volunteers, with free screenings at a host of local venues.
